Licensing Agreement

This Licensing Agreement governs your use of Pixflow layouts, components, and related resources (“Assets”). By accessing or using Pixflow Assets, you agree to be bound by this agreement in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Personal & Commercial Use

You may use Pixflow layouts and components to create an unlimited number of end products, for both personal and client projects.

An end product is defined as a finished website or digital experience where Pixflow Assets have been:

  • Integrated
  • Customised
  • Combined with your own content or design work

For example, using Pixflow to build a completed WordPress or Bricks website for yourself or a client is permitted.

Pixflow Assets must not remain extractable or reusable as standalone design resources in the end product.

2. Licence Grant

When you access Pixflow layouts and components, Pixflow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Assets for:

  • Personal projects
  • Commercial client work
  • Multiple end products

You are not purchasing ownership of any Pixflow Assets. All intellectual property rights remain with Pixflow.

3. Account & User Restrictions

Each Pixflow subscription is licensed based on the plan selected.

  • Individual plans are licensed to a single user and may not be shared.
  • Team plans include five (5) user seats, consisting of one (1) administrator seat and up to four (4) additional team member seats.

Each user must access Pixflow using their own individual login credentials. Account sharing outside of the allocated seats is strictly prohibited.

The account owner or administrator is responsible for all activity carried out by users within their team.

4. Permitted Uses

You are allowed to:

  • Use Pixflow layouts and components in unlimited end products
  • Modify, adapt, rename, and extend Assets (including via Rename & Copy)
  • Combine Pixflow Assets with third-party tools, frameworks, and design systems
  • Use Assets across multiple client or personal projects

5. Team Plans

For Team plans:

  • Pixflow Assets may be used collaboratively by assigned team members.
  • Assets may be used across client and internal projects, subject to licence terms.
  • Assets must not be shared outside the team or exported for use by unlicensed third parties.

Team access is limited to the number of seats included in the plan. Pixflow reserves the right to enforce seat limits and restrict access where limits are exceeded.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Re-distribute, resell, sublicense, or share Pixflow Assets, whether free or paid
  • Share Assets in original or modified form via:
    • Repositories
    • Download links
    • Design libraries
    • Component packs
  • Provide editable source files (e.g. Bricks templates, JSON exports) as part of an end product
  • Transfer Assets to other Pixflow accounts or third parties
  • Use Pixflow Assets to create or promote:
    • A competing template library
    • A design system marketplace
    • A substantially similar product or service
  • Circumvent access controls, feature gating, or plan limits

7. Copying & Renaming

Pixflow provides multiple ways to copy Assets, including Quick Copy and Rename & Copy.

These features:

  • Do not grant additional ownership rights
  • Do not permit redistribution
  • Exist solely to support safe reuse within end products

Renaming classes or modifying structure does not remove Pixflow’s intellectual property rights.

8. Enforcement & Violations

Violation of this Licensing Agreement may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your Pixflow account
  • Removal of access without refund
  • Legal action in cases of clear or repeated infringement

Pixflow reserves the right to determine what constitutes a breach of this agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Pixflow and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Site downtime or incompatibility

Pixflow Assets are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain limitations may not apply to you.

10. Updates to This Licence

Pixflow reserves the right to update this Licensing Agreement at any time.

Continued use of Pixflow Assets after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
