This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled for Pixflow subscriptions.
Pixflow provides immediate access to digital content and services upon subscription.
1. No Refunds on Subscriptions
All Pixflow subscriptions are non-refundable once access to paid features has been granted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused time
- Forgotten cancellations
- Change of mind
By subscribing, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital content and waive any statutory right to cancel once access is granted.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Cancellation prevents future billing
- Access remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are issued for the remaining time in the billing cycle
3. Exceptional Refunds
Pixflow may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Billing errors caused by Pixflow
- Verified technical issues that prevent access to the Service
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
Issuing a discretionary refund does not waive Pixflow’s right to refuse future refund requests.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- Access to paid features may be suspended
- Pixflow reserves the right to retry payment
- Continued failure may result in account restriction or termination
5. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan:
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds or credits are issued for the current period
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing times depend on the payment provider and are outside Pixflow’s control.
