Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pixflow website, services, and digital products (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Pixflow (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. About Pixflow

Pixflow provides a subscription-based design library offering layouts, components, and related tools for use with website builders, including Bricks Builder.

Pixflow does not provide marketing services, client work, or managed design services. All assets are provided as self-service digital products.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate and complete account information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Keep your account details up to date
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Plans

Pixflow offers free and paid subscription plans.
Each plan includes specific features, limits, and entitlements, which are described on our website.

4.2 Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • Payments are processed via third-party payment providers
  • All prices are shown exclusive or inclusive of VAT where applicable

Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Access & Feature Availability

5.1 Free Users

Free users may:

  • Browse the Pixflow library
  • Copy free layouts and components using Quick Copy

Free users do not have access to:

  • Paid assets
  • Rename & Copy
  • Remote template integration
  • Domain whitelisting

5.2 Paid Users

Paid subscribers may:

  • Access paid layouts and components
  • Use Quick Copy and Rename & Copy
  • Connect Pixflow as a remote template source in supported builders
  • Whitelist domains within plan limits

Access is granted only while the subscription remains active.

6. Domain Whitelisting

Some features require domain whitelisting.

By adding a domain, you confirm that:

  • You own or control the domain
  • The domain will be used in accordance with your plan limits
  • You will not share access across unrelated third parties

Pixflow may enforce domain limits automatically and reserves the right to remove unauthorised domains.

7. Use of Layouts & Components

7.1 Licence Grant

Pixflow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use layouts and components:

  • For your own websites or client projects
  • Within the limits of your subscription plan

You may modify assets after copying or importing.

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Pixflow assets as standalone products
  • Offer Pixflow assets in competing libraries or marketplaces
  • Share assets in a way that allows third parties to extract them
  • Circumvent access controls, plan limits, or feature restrictions

8. Copy Methods

8.1 Quick Copy

Quick Copy:

  • Copies assets with their default BEM class structure
  • Is available to free users (free assets only) and paid users

8.2 Rename & Copy

Rename & Copy:

  • Renames the BEM block and all associated elements
  • Is available to paid users only
  • Creates a new, independent class namespace

Users are responsible for how copied assets are used after export.

9. Remote Templates

Remote template integration allows paid users to browse and import Pixflow assets directly inside supported website builders.

This feature:

  • Requires domain whitelisting
  • Requires an active paid subscription
  • May change or be discontinued at Pixflow’s discretion

10. Intellectual Property

All Pixflow assets, branding, documentation, and website content remain the intellectual property of Pixflow or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant ownership of Pixflow assets—only a licence to use them as described.

11. Service Availability & Changes

We may:

  • Update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service
  • Add or remove features
  • Adjust plan limits or pricing with notice

We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, or external service providers.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Attempt to misuse or redistribute assets
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in unlawful activity

Upon termination:

  • Access to paid features will cease
  • You may retain copies already imported into your projects
  • Continued redistribution is prohibited

We may also suspend or terminate affiliate access and withhold or cancel unpaid affiliate commission where an affiliate breaches these Terms, uses misleading promotional methods, violates advertising rules, generates fraudulent referrals, or otherwise misuses the affiliate programme.

13. Refunds & Cancellations

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

14. Affiliate Programme

14.1 Overview

Pixflow may operate an affiliate programme that allows approved affiliates to promote Pixflow products and services in exchange for commission on eligible referred sales.

By joining or participating in the Pixflow Affiliate Programme, you agree to these Terms, any additional affiliate programme rules displayed in the affiliate dashboard, and any applicable laws, advertising standards, tax requirements, and platform rules that apply to your promotional activity.

The affiliate programme is open globally, subject to our approval and any legal, payment, sanctions, tax, or platform restrictions that may apply.

14.2 Affiliate Approval

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion.

You must provide accurate and complete information when applying for the affiliate programme and must keep your account, payment, and contact details up to date.

We may refuse or remove affiliates whose websites, content, promotional methods, or audiences are unsuitable for Pixflow. This includes, but is not limited to, content involving unlawful activity, misleading claims, spam, hate speech, adult content, malware, or infringement of third-party rights.

14.3 Commission

Approved affiliates may earn commission on eligible Pixflow sign-ups made through their affiliate link or other approved tracking method.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the standard affiliate commission is 10% of eligible referred sales.

Commission is only earned on valid, completed, and tracked purchases that are not refunded, charged back, cancelled, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

Commission may be calculated on the net amount actually received by Pixflow, excluding VAT, sales tax, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, and any other deductions where applicable.

We are not responsible for lost commission where tracking fails because of blocked cookies, deleted cookies, browser privacy settings, incorrect links, customer device changes, third-party platform issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14.4 Payout Threshold

The minimum payout threshold for affiliate commission is $30 USD.

If your approved commission balance is below $30 USD, the balance will roll over until the minimum payout threshold is reached.

No payout will be made until the payout threshold is met and all required account, payment, tax, and compliance information has been provided.

14.5 Payout Timing and Method

Affiliate payouts are made through the payment methods supported by our affiliate platform or payment provider.

We may delay, withhold, or reverse commission where a transaction is subject to a refund window, chargeback risk, fraud review, payment dispute, customer cancellation, tracking issue, or suspected breach of these Terms.

Pixflow is not responsible for any fees, delays, currency conversion charges, failed payments, or restrictions imposed by banks, payment providers, affiliate platforms, or local regulations.

14.6 Taxes and Legal Responsibilities

Affiliates are independent third parties and are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, duties, fees, or charges that apply to their affiliate income in their own country or jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in the affiliate programme is lawful where you are based and where you promote Pixflow.

We may request tax forms, identity information, payment details, or other compliance information before making payouts. Failure to provide required information may result in delayed, withheld, or cancelled payouts.

14.7 Affiliate Disclosures and Advertising Compliance

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Pixflow wherever required by law, advertising rules, platform rules, or consumer protection standards.

Any affiliate disclosure must be clear, prominent, and easy for users to understand before or at the point where an affiliate link, discount code, recommendation, review, video, post, email, or other promotion is presented.

Affiliates must not present their promotions as independent, impartial, or unpaid if they may receive commission or any other benefit from Pixflow.

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising and endorsement rules, including the rules of any websites, social media platforms, email platforms, communities, groups, forums, or marketplaces they use to promote Pixflow.

14.8 Prohibited Promotional Activity

Affiliates must not:

  • Use misleading, false, exaggerated, or deceptive claims about Pixflow.
  • Misrepresent Pixflow pricing, features, availability, discounts, refund rights, ownership, support, or results.
  • Imply that they are employed by Pixflow or officially speaking on behalf of Pixflow unless authorised in writing.
  • Use spam, unsolicited email, unsolicited direct messages, automated messaging, or unlawful marketing methods.
  • Use paid ads bidding on Pixflow brand terms, misspellings, domain names, or confusingly similar terms unless authorised in writing.
  • Use Pixflow branding, logos, screenshots, or marketing materials in a misleading or unauthorised way.
  • Register domains, social accounts, ads, or pages that impersonate Pixflow or create confusion with Pixflow.
  • Promote Pixflow on coupon, voucher, cashback, deal, or incentive websites without prior written approval.
  • Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden links, misleading redirects, fake referrals, bots, or any other artificial tracking method.
  • Refer themselves, their own accounts, or purchases made primarily to obtain commission.
  • Offer unauthorised discounts, bonuses, guarantees, or incentives.
  • Make claims about earnings, business results, performance, compatibility, or outcomes that are not accurate, substantiated, and compliant with applicable rules.

14.9 Use of Pixflow Brand Assets

Affiliates may use approved Pixflow names, logos, screenshots, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Pixflow in accordance with these Terms.

All Pixflow branding, trademarks, content, screenshots, product names, and materials remain the property of Pixflow.

We may require you to edit, remove, or stop using any promotional material that we consider inaccurate, outdated, misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the Pixflow brand.

14.10 Customer Relationship

Customers referred by affiliates are Pixflow customers.

Affiliates must not make promises, guarantees, representations, or commitments on behalf of Pixflow.

All purchases, subscriptions, refunds, cancellations, access, support, and product use remain subject to Pixflow’s standard Terms, policies, and checkout terms.

14.11 Suspension, Termination, and Commission Forfeiture

We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if we believe the affiliate has breached these Terms, violated applicable laws or advertising rules, used prohibited promotional methods, generated fraudulent or low-quality referrals, or acted in a way that may harm Pixflow or its users.

If an affiliate account is suspended or terminated for breach, fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, or prohibited activity, we may cancel unpaid commission and reverse previously approved commission where permitted by law.

You may stop participating in the affiliate programme at any time by ceasing promotion and contacting us where account closure is required.

14.12 Changes to the Affiliate Programme

We may change, pause, or discontinue the affiliate programme at any time.

This may include changes to commission rates, payout thresholds, payout methods, eligibility rules, approval requirements, promotional restrictions, tracking systems, or affiliate platform providers.

Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes, but continued participation in the affiliate programme after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14.13 No Employment, Partnership, or Agency

Participation in the Pixflow Affiliate Programme does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, or representative relationship between you and Pixflow.

Affiliates act independently and are not authorised to bind Pixflow, sign agreements on Pixflow’s behalf, or make representations as a Pixflow employee, agent, or official representative.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Pixflow shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business
  • Loss of data
  • Indirect or consequential damages

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pixflow harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
